This document is an electronic record in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules framed thereunder, as applicable, and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. This Platform, thinkingjuggernaut.in, is owned and operated by Thinking Juggernaut, a business entity headquartered in Bangalore, Karnataka. By accessing or utilizing the Platform for the procurement of experiential learning kits or related services, you signify your understood and binding agreement to these Terms and Conditions, which were last updated on December 17, 2025. Usage of the Platform is restricted to individuals capable of forming legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872; minors may only utilize the Platform under the express supervision of a legal guardian.

The intellectual property contained within this Platform—including but not limited to the experiential learning curricula, pedagogical modules, project blueprints, instructional guides, and manufacturing models—remains the exclusive proprietary property of the Company. Upon purchase, the Company grants the User a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license for personal, non-commercial, educational use only. Any unauthorized attempt to reverse-engineer, duplicate, redistribute, or commercially exploit these activity structures or instructional methods shall be deemed a material breach of this agreement and subject to legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957.

Regarding transactional protocols, the Company strives for absolute accuracy in product listings, yet does not warrant that descriptions are entirely error-free. Prices are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to adjustment without prior notice, though such changes shall not affect orders already confirmed by the Company. Due to the proprietary educational nature of the content provided within the kits, the Company maintains a strict no-refund policy once an order has been processed. In the event of technical errors or stock unavailability, the Company reserves the right to cancel an order and issue a full reversal of the paid amount to the original payment method.

Logistical fulfillment is conducted with precision, with orders typically processed and dispatched within a window of one to four business days. Estimated delivery within the territory of India is generally five to seven business days post-dispatch, though the Company shall not be held liable for delays caused by Force Majeure events, including natural disasters or governmental restrictions. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to the User upon delivery to our third-party logistics partners. Furthermore, as our kits are designed for hands-on, experiential learning, adult supervision is mandatory at all times during the execution of activities. The Company disclaims all liability for injury or property damage resulting from the misuse of materials or the failure to provide adequate supervision.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, the Company’s maximum aggregate liability shall be strictly limited to the amount paid by the User for the specific product in question. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be governed by the laws of India and resolved through arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka. In compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, grievances may be addressed to the designated Grievance Officer at hello@thinkingjuggernaut.in, Bangalore, India.
